Kyoto Animation’s Amagi Brilliant Park comedy series features Sylphy, the embodiment of chaotic energy. She is the Fairy of Wind in Elementario, the park's main magical idol unit. Her team is busy with the stress of trying to save the dying theme park while she does something utterly ridiculous in her own little world. She also is the group’s ultimate comic relief character. To be honest, one of the best parts of the whole show is watching her derail serious meetings with her hyperactive antics.
