Hakos Baelz is the second generation of Hololive English Council's chaotic embodiment of chance and rat energy. She is the avatar of the Man in the Wall, which means she is the embodiment of pure randomness. She is also the leader of her council sisters who are wildcards. Her story makes her sound like an impossible force of chance, but she's really just a little gremlin who loves to play dice games and make things go wrong. Bae loves how unpredictable she is, which makes every stream a gamble. Rats love her crazy energy and those famous evil laughs.

Her character design is the very definition of a crazy rat girl.
