Vill-V is without a doubt the most chaotic genius to ever appear in Honkai Impact 3rd. She is the fifth member of the famous Thirteen Flame-Chasers and the main engineer who basically made all the super-powerful weapons in the Previous Era. She doesn't just sit at a desk all day as a boring scientist. In the Elysian storyline, she becomes a major villain for a short time when her evil side takes over. It's so interesting to see her switch between eight completely different personalities all the time. She is the most unpredictable character in the whole franchise.

Visually, Vill-V is amazing, with a stunning steampunk waifu look. She has fluffy, curly hair and beautiful pupils that look like gears and are always a little crazy. Her signature battlesuit has a very sexy corset and garters that make her look very ecchi. In battle, she literally calls forth huge gatling guns and a giant chariot out of nowhere to completely destroy her foes. Her theatrical personality has fans completely hooked. She acts like a crazy over-the-top magician putting on the best show ever. That funny gap between her amazing engineering skills and her completely crazy stage persona makes her a fan favorite who will never be forgotten.
