These designs make monster girls and rowdy heroes look more aggressive or playful, which is something you might notice.
Most of the time, the look focuses on sharp lines around the mouth and soft shading on the gums to make it look more real. Close-up shots or big smiles are common in compositions because they draw attention to the teeth. And let's be honest: a character with a smile that looks a little dangerous is just cool.
