She runs the whole operation behind the scenes as the head of the Rhodes Island Medical Department. She is Amiya's strictest guardian and always cleans up after the Doctor. Because she is so cold to us, fans often joke that she is our bitter ex-wife. But behind all those long, angry speeches about Terra's political situation, she really does care about her people.
