Black Clover

Black Clover is like shounen anime on steroids, since Asta never stops screaming. Asta was born without any magical powers, which should have kept him from becoming Wizard King in a world where magic affects everything from social status to job prospects. His childhood rival and best friend Yuno is the exact opposite: a natural genius with a lot of power. But Asta gets his hands on "Anti-Magic," which is basically the best way to stop everyone else's powers, and he uses it with crazy physical training to force his way up the ladder. He joins the Black Bulls, a group of misfits and weirdos that no one respects. The story then becomes a nonstop underdog story about breaking through class barriers with sheer willpower. It's simple, very loud, and completely honest about what it wants to say: in a world where talent is everything, hard work and not giving up can be the great equalizer.
