Shimoe Koharu is the funniest and most easily upset waifu in all of Blue Archive. She is a core member of Trinity General School's Make-Up Work Club and used to be a cadet in the Justice Task Force. She tries really hard to act like a strict moral enforcer. She is the group's self-appointed decency police, and she is always yelling about punishing people who break the rules. But the community fell in love with her right away because she is secretly the biggest pervert of them all. We love to make fun of her just to see how funny her over-the-top reactions are.
