Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete

Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete (Gushing Over Magical Girls) is a crazy BDSM comedy about fandom gone wrong that takes the magical girl genre and turns it into a crazy BDSM comedy. Utena Hiiragi is a shy girl who loves magical girls, especially the local hero team Tres Magia. But a shady mascot tricks her into joining the villain group Enormita instead of becoming a hero herself. But instead of being heartbroken, she finds out she has a dormant sadistic side and gets really happy when she sees her favorite idols in pain and weak during "battle." The series doesn't apologize for mixing combat with kink; her attacks include bondage, hot wax, sensory deprivation, and other clearly not-PG tactics. The twisted genius is that Utena's sadistic "bullying" is her sick way of showing love and support for the magical girls she loves. It's fandom obsession taken to the extreme, where being the bad guy lets her get closer to her idols than being the good guy ever could.
